Women love to have flawless hair, and many of us believe that we can’t look good without good looking hair. Admit it, the double take you receive from a stranger followed by a warm, friendly glance will always make you blush. The runway can teach us a lot about abstract looks, but in this year’s fall runway shows a trend that can be duplicated by all women swept the masses: the Up Do.
From Michael Kors to Vera Wang, every model made a statement by rocking the Up Do. One of the best things about an up do is that there are so many styles to use that are perfect for any situation. An up do will work for the office, when you go out for drinks with friends, to the movies or to a party.
Best of all, the options are endless. Take a few extra minutes at night before bed and play with your hair. Grab the pins, the hair spray and a brush and see what you can do. Let your head be a blank canvas. Loose ponytails, curls, buns and twists are all the rage right now. And no matter your hair type there is always a solution. When you’ve narrowed down a few looks, take some photos and alternate between styles throughout the week.
Many of us look for the newest trends in beauty. But what we fail to realize is that we can create the same glamour in the comfort of our own home. No tedious, expensive hair appointments necessary. Try the up do and show off your face for fall.
